Happy Valentine’s Day! Today is a day for lovers, but it can also be filled with turmoil and pain. Love is a strong emotion, leading us to think and behave in unexpected ways. While it’s believed that all is fair in love and war, I don’t think it’s fair for us to navigate the ups and downs of love without a level head.

I’ve created some videos to help keep our emotions steady when navigating relationships, experiencing the loss of a relationship (yes, breakups happen on Valentine’s Day too), or dealing with the trauma of a relationship. Last but not least, there’s a video about self-love. There’s nothing more powerful and fulfilling than loving yourself. You should be your forever Valentine. So, go ahead and give yourself a hug.
